Justin Bryant IRMCert possesses extensive experience in governance, risk management, and community development. Currently serving on the Board of Trustees at YSS since April 2025, Justin provides strategic direction to a charity supporting individuals in the criminal justice system and social care sectors in West Mercia. Since January 2017, Justin has held multiple roles at Community Housing, including Head of Risk & Governance and Head of Risk and Assurance. Previous experience includes serving as a Big Local Rep at Renaisi, where Justin focused on empowering communities to address local needs, and as a Project Manager for Worcestershire County Council, overseeing a Social Impact Bond project aimed at combating loneliness among older adults.
