Meghann Bybee has a diverse work experience in the medical field. Meghann began their career as a Registered Nurse at Research Medical Center in 2009 and worked there until 2012. Meghann then moved on to the Medical Center of Plano, where they continued as a Registered Nurse from 2012 to 2014. In 2013, they joined Legacy ER & Urgent Care as a Registered Nurse and remained there until 2023. In 2015, Meghann took on the role of Vice President of Clinical Operations at CommunityMed Family Urgent Care, and in 2016, they became a Family Nurse Practitioner at Community Med Urgent Care.

From 2002 to 2005, they attended The University of Iowa, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General.

Afterward, from 2008 to 2009, they studied at Research College of Nursing, earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, focusing on Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse.

Lastly, from 2013 to 2015, they pursued their Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree with a specialization in Family Practice Nurse/Nursing at The University of Texas at Arlington.

Moreover, Meghann has acquired additional certifications, including being certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners in November 2015.
