Sanjeev EK has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare BPO industry, including a tenure in Australia. They began their career as a medical language specialist at Spheris Inc. and advanced to senior management roles across operations, quality, and HR. Sanjeev has successfully led diverse teams, implemented systems, and managed significant client accounts globally. Currently, they serve as Operations Head at OnlyGroup and Director of Operations at Commure while pursuing an Advanced Strategic Management Program at the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode.
