Teresa Avelar

Teresa Avelar has extensive experience in administration and finance, currently serving as the Administration & Finance Manager at Peninsula Traffic Congestion Relief Alliance since 1998. In addition to this role, Teresa has been the Owner of Between Heaven & Earth Body Therapy since April 1996. Teresa earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on Finance, from Notre Dame de Namur University between 1998 and 2001.
