Maurice Ndambuki has extensive work experience in aviation analytics and data analysis. From August 2016 until February 2019, they worked as a Flight Data Analyst and Projects at CommuteAir. Maurice then served as a Manager, Flight Operations Analytics and Projects at CommuteAir from August 2019 until February 2023. Currently, Maurice holds the position of Director Crew Analytics and Resource Planning at CommuteAir. In addition to their aviation experience, Maurice also worked at Unilever as a Safety Data Analyst from February 2016 to August 2016.

Maurice Ndambuki began their education at United States International University - Africa, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in International Business Administration with a minor in Finance. Maurice attended this university from 1995 to 1998.

In December 2019, Maurice obtained the Human Factors Analysis & Classification System (HFACS®) certification from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Most recently, in November 2021, they acquired THE CAUSE MAPPING® METHOD certification from Think reliability.
