Nicolle Jackson

Nicolle Jackson has extensive experience in airline operations, currently holding the position of Director of System Operations Control at CommutAir dba United Express since April 2017. In this role, Nicolle has also served as Senior Project Manager in IT and Senior Manager of Crew Resources. Prior to this, Nicolle worked at CommutAir from April 2017 to June 2019 as Manager of Crew Scheduling. Nicolle's career began at Compass Airlines in May 2012, progressing through various roles, including Manager of Crew Scheduling, Crew Scheduling Supervisor, Crew Scheduler, and Flight Attendant, until April 2017.
