Denise Agnew

Denise Agnew is an experienced pharmacist with a diverse background in various healthcare settings. Currently serving as a part-time staff pharmacist at Commwell Health Clinics Medical since January 2017 and CVS Pharmacy since November 2007, Denise has demonstrated a commitment to pharmaceutical care. Previous roles include part-time and per diem positions at Pinehurst Medical Clinic, First Choice Community Health Center, and Select Specialty Hospital, as well as PRN roles at Jackson Healthcare and Harnett Health System. Denise gained clinical experience as a full-time decentralized clinical pharmacist at UNC Health Care. Educational qualifications include a PharmD from the UNC School of Pharmacy (2003-2007) and a BS in Biology from Amherst College (1994-1998).
