Rainer Lepik

Rainer Lepik's work experience begins in 2011 when they start working as an Engineer for the Formula Student Team Tallinn. Rainer holds this position until June 2014. In 2015, they become a Mechanical Engineer at Tallinn University of Technology, where they work until May 2017. During the same period, they take on the role of Formula Student Team Tallinn Manager from September 2015 to August 2017. In September 2017, they join Comodule as a Project Manager and works in this position until February 2019. From February 2019 to January 2020, they serve as the Product & Team lead for Sharing Systems at the same company. From January 2020 to January 2022, they act as the Product Owner. Currently, since January 2022, they hold the role of Product Lead, Hardware.

Rainer Lepik has a strong education history. Rainer began with a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology, which they completed from 2011 to 2014. During their undergraduate studies, they also participated in the Erasmus Exchange Program at RWTH Aachen University from 2012 to 2013. Following their Bachelor's degree, Rainer pursued a Master's degree in Design and Engineering at TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology, which they completed from 2015 to 2017. Prior to their university studies, Rainer attended Tallinn Secondary Science School from 2008 to 2011 where they focused on Real Sciences.
