Christina Willard-Stepan

Christina (Tina) Willard-Stepan is an Environmental Educator and facilitator at Comox Valley Regional District. Additionally, Christina (Tina) runs WillStep Coaching and Facilitation where Christina (Tina) provides coaching and workshops for parents, teens, women, and small businesses. Tina also serves as a mentor at Women's Enterprise Centre of BC and Forum for Women Entrepreneurs (FWE) BC, and previously held positions such as Director and Manager at Seeds Food Market, Inc. and Career Advisor at Creative Employment Access Society. Christina (Tina) holds a Coaching Certificate from Erickson College and a BEd in Education from the University of Calgary.
