Philipp Uschatz

Philipp Uschatz is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over three decades in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as an HR Senior Consultant and Advisor at Empiricon AG since September 2020 and as a member of the Board of Directors at Comp-On AG since January 2021, Philipp has previously held significant positions including CHRO at ERNI International AG and Head of Global HR at both Swisslog Holding AG and Geberit. Notably, Philipp has a strong background in developing HR strategies, managing international HR projects, and providing services for top management.
