Gabriela Barba Guidugli

Gabriela Barba Guidugli is a seasoned professional with experience in various roles across significant companies. Currently serving as the Chief of Staff for Comp, a consultancy focused on Total Rewards solutions, Gabriela has previously worked with Anheuser-Busch InBev in Frontline Strategy and held multiple positions at Ambev, including Global Management Trainee. Teaching Corporate Finance at Dáskalos, Gabriela leverages personal insights gained during educational experiences to assist students. With prior engagements at Goldman Sachs and BTG Pactual, where Gabriela participated in a mentorship program, Gabriela also has experience in administrative and financial consulting through roles at Consultoria RH Junior. An accomplished ballet dancer, Gabriela's diverse background spans business, education, and performing arts, supported by a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from FGV and international exposure from Esade.
