Charlie Franklin is the current CEO and Co-Founder of Compa. Prior to this, they were the Head of People M&A and Global Mobility at Workday from December 2018 to July 2020. There, they led HR M&A, including the acquisitions of Adaptive Insights, Trusted Key, and Scout RFP. Charlie also led the global mobility team. Before that, Charlie was the Senior Director, People Strategy & Technology at Juniper Networks from June 2014 to November 2018. At Juniper Networks, they led global people strategy and planning, technology, M&A, budget, and program management for Juniper Networks HR. Charlie was also on the HR Leadership Team and served as Chief of Staff to the CHRO. Charlie started their career as a compensation consultant at Mercer from November 2010 to June 2014 where they consulted on compensation strategy, executive compensation, incentive design, people strategy, and leadership development in the tech, life sciences, and energy industries in both Chicago and San Francisco.

Charlie Franklin has a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Environmental Studies from Washington University in St. Louis. Charlie also has an Executive Education in Accounting and Finance from Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Charlie has also studied abroad in Economics, Geography, and Maori Culture at The University of Auckland.
