Jonathan Jebson is a seasoned professional in compensation management with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Compensation Insights Director at Compa since July 2024, Jonathan previously held positions such as Senior Global Compensation Partner at Sysdig and Senior Compensation Manager at Roofstock. Jonathan's expertise includes developing competitive compensation strategies, advising stakeholders on compensation practices, and managing complex compensation programs. With a background in executive pay and governance consulting at Compensia and Korn Ferry, as well as experience at Semler Brossy Consulting Group, Jonathan has demonstrated a strong ability to analyze financial performance and design incentive structures. Jonathan obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, specializing in Marketing and International Business, from Washington University in St. Louis and furthered education at the University of Oxford.
