Tim Hicks

Tim Hicks is an accomplished marketing professional with a strong track record of leadership in various marketing roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Head of Marketing at Compa since July 2025, Hicks previously held the position of Vice President of Marketing at Integrate from October 2023 to July 2025. Prior to that, Hicks was VP of Marketing at Thankful, an AI software company focused on enhancing customer service. Additional experience includes leadership roles in marketing and demand generation at Currency, TaskUs, and Appirio, where innovative strategies drove growth and customer engagement. Hicks began a marketing career at Sonoma State University, where responsibilities included formulating marketing plans and enhancing customer relations. A graduate of Sonoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Marketing concentration, Hicks combines academic knowledge with extensive practical experience in the marketing field.
