Mathilde Tort

Mathilde Tort is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and investment law. Currently serving as Responsable juridique at Compagnie de Phalsbourg since September 2021, Mathilde has previously held the role of Associate Legal Counsel at Colliers Global Investors France, where responsibilities included advising on investment operations and fund management. Early career experiences include projects in legal research and contract negotiations at Indosuez Wealth Management, along with internships at Vigo law firm and Squire Patton Boggs, which focused on criminal law and corporate governance, respectively.
