Marie-Laetitia Vassort

Marie-Laetitia Vassort currently serves as the Directrice des Affaires Juridiques et de la Conformité at Compagnie des Alpes since March 2023, where Marie-Laetitia is also a member of the executive committee and acts as Secretary of the Board of Directors and its specialized committees. Additionally, Marie-Laetitia holds board member positions at Compagnie du Mont-Blanc and Futuroscope, and is involved as a member of the legal commission at the Institut Français des Administrateurs (IFA). Prior experience includes roles as Deputy Legal Director and Senior Counsel at Bpifrance, and several associate positions focused on M&A and Private Equity at Archers Avocats, Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, and SJ Berwin. Marie-Laetitia holds Master’s degrees in Droit et Management International from both HEC Paris and ESCP Business School, complemented by legal training from the Ecole de Formation du Barreau.
