Jacqueline Xu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and continuous improvement across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Manager for Projects & Continuous Improvement at Richemont since October 2015, Jacqueline focuses on enhancing operational efficiency in China while ensuring compliance with group standards and local regulations. Prior to this role, Jacqueline worked at Boeing Shanghai Aviation from 2008 to September 2015 as a Continuous Improvement Manager, where responsibilities included developing and monitoring Lean strategies. Earlier experience includes a position as Project Manager at Akzo Nobel Asia Co., Ltd. from 2005 to 2008, overseeing project management tasks such as ROI analysis and budget control. Jacqueline holds a Master's degree in Project Management from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, obtained between 2008 and 2011.
