Laure Hanin Becque

Laure Hanin Becque is a seasoned logistics and project management professional with extensive experience in implementing change management and optimizing processes within large organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Logistics Project Manager at Richemont since August 2023, Laure has previously dedicated over three decades to 3M, holding various leadership roles, including EMEA MSC Compliance and Change Management Leader, where responsibilities included executing change management plans for a diverse workforce and deploying SAP across multiple countries. Laure's career also features positions in IT service management and process optimization, notably as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt achieving significant financial improvements. Prior to 3M, Laure started as an Information Technology Developer at Crédit Foncier and Credit Lyonnais after obtaining a bachelor's degree and DUT in Information Technology from Université Paris Cité.
