Margaret Martin Carroll

Margaret Martin Carroll is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner with Richemont since August 2020, where responsibilities include recruitment, learning and development, payroll, administration, and HR analytics. Prior experience includes working as a Research Assistant at the Centre for Health Policy and Management, focusing on various health projects and utilizing data analysis tools like Stata and SPSS. Margaret also contributed as a Faculty Advisor for Enactus at Trinity College Dublin, where guidance and mentorship led to the team winning the National Competition in 2019. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Work and Organisational Psychology from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology from Dún Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology.
