Melroy Fernandes is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in network security and technical support. Currently serving as a Senior Field Service Technician at Richemont, Melroy provides level 2 and 3 technical support to over 1800 users across various UK locations. Previous roles include Anti-Piracy and Brand Protection Analyst at Corsearch and Online Network Security Analyst at Entura International, where Melroy focused on protecting copyrighted content for prominent clients such as Netflix and Amazon.
