Michela Boni

Michela Boni currently serves as the Head of Luxury New Retail Change and Communications at Richemont, a position held since June 2023. Previously, Michela was the International Retail Experience Senior Project Manager at Cartier from July 2022 to June 2023, focusing on transforming the retail experience to optimize client interactions in boutiques. From January 2019 to July 2022, Michela worked as a Regional Functions Senior Project Manager at Richemont, leading strategic projects to facilitate organizational change within regional functions and Group HR. Prior experience includes a role as a Management Consultant at Deloitte UK from June 2011 to December 2018, where Michela specialized in digital enablement and executing change programs for large organizations.
