Pamela Mirra

Pamela Mirra is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Director for Cartier South-East Europe at Richemont since July 2015, where responsibilities include defining and implementing HR strategy for corporate and retail staff across the region. Previously, Pamela held the position of HR Manager at Richemont, overseeing comprehensive HR functions for various fashion and luxury brands. Prior to that, Pamela worked at Pernod Ricard Italia as HR Manager for Southern Europe, managing training, recruitment, organizational development, and change management initiatives. Early experience includes roles as an HR Specialist and as a Recruitment & Selection Intern at KPMG, as well as a journalism career at Gazzetta di Benevento. Pamela holds a Master's degree in Organizzazione e Personale from SDA Bocconi and a Laurea in Filosofia from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II.
