Thibaut Gelez

Thibaut Gelez is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and project management across various industries. Currently serving as Technology Team Lead at Richemont since February 2023, Thibaut oversees the Repair Execution product to enhance customer service operations. Previously, Thibaut spent a decade at GF Machining Solutions, initially as a Software Engineer and later advancing to roles such as Software Technical Manager and Digital Customer Services Project Manager, where responsibilities included leading projects related to IoT and AI solutions. Thibaut has also contributed to the Solar Business Group at Applied Materials as a Software Engineer and has a background in software development from earlier roles at companies such as Astek, Thales Air Defence, and Sagem DS. Thibaut holds a Master's degree in Industrial Software Engineering from ENSTA.
