Jamil M.

Jamil M. has extensive work experience in the field of automation engineering. Jamil began their career in 1995 as a Trainee Engineer at Centre Technique du papier and then worked as an Automation Engineer at Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS) from 1995 to 1996. Jamil joined Compagnie Mauricienne de Textile Ltée in 1996 as an Automation Engineer and later became the Automation Division Leader from 1998 to 2009. At PAD Peripheral Advanced Design Inc., they worked as a Software and Automation Engineer from 2009 to 2013. Jamil then joined SIC Marking Canada as a Software Engineer, where they developed new features in the marking controller firmware and PC programs, designed customized solutions, and provided customer support from 2013 to 2015. Currently, they are serving as the Head of the Automation Engineering Department at Compagnie Mauricienne de Textile since 2015.

Jamil M. began their education in 1990 at Université de la Réunion, where they pursued a Diplôme d'Etudes Universitaires Générales in Sciences. Jamil completed this program in 1992. After that, they attended Ecole d'Ingénieurs en Informatique Industrielle et Instrumentation from 1992 to 1995, obtaining an Engineering Degree with a specialization in Industrial Computing and Instrumentation.
