Karl Delacroix

Karl Delacroix currently serves as a Director in Transaction Strategy and Execution at EY-Parthenon, focusing on developing and implementing transaction strategies for clients since June 2023. Additionally, Karl holds the title of Certified Public Accountant with CPA Canada and operates as a French CPA with Compagnie Nationale des Commissaires aux Comptes since January 2021. Previously, Karl gained extensive experience at EY from September 2018 to June 2023 as an Audit Manager, overseeing external audits across various sectors, and at Mazars from September 2015 to September 2018 in multiple audit roles. Karl's educational background includes a Master’s degree from SKEMA Business School and a French CPA credential.
