Pierre Meffre

Pierre Meffre has extensive experience in public administration and sustainable development. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Territories at CNR (Compagnie Nationale du Rhône) since June 2015, Pierre focuses on enhancing industrial and port sites in the Rhône Valley and oversees the implementation of General Interest Mission plans. Previously held positions include Director of CSR and Sustainable Development at CNR, where Pierre structured the company's CSR approach and improved external communication regarding sustainable actions. Prior roles include Vice President in charge of Territorial Planning for the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur Region, President of the Community of Municipalities of Pays Vaison Ventoux, and Mayor of Vaison-la-Romaine, where Pierre achieved significant urban development and fiscal management improvements. Pierre began the professional career in engineering and environmental consulting, earning an engineering degree in Public Works from Ecole nationale des Travaux publics de l'Etat.
