Vivian Everkes

Vivian Everkes is a seasoned HR professional with a diverse background in human resources and operations management. Currently serving as a Consultant at Compagnon since May 2022, Vivian focuses on recruitment, career development, and HR management solutions. Prior experience includes a role as HR Manager at IJzeren Man Vught, where Vivian established the HR and recruitment department, and as Manager of Operations at The Duke Boutique Hotel, emphasizing exceptional guest experiences. Additionally, Vivian has worked as an Intercedent at Start People, connecting candidates with employment opportunities, and contributed research and innovation in youth entrepreneurship as an Advisor at UWV. Vivian's career began in service roles, including positions at Restaurant KEK and Bistro de Bok, complemented by marketing experience as a Brand Promoter for Red Bull.
