Arturo S. is an experienced professional in quality management and business strategy with a comprehensive background in operational excellence and process improvement. Currently serving as Quality and QMS Manager at Compal since December 2022, Arturo manages the QMS system and product quality assurance, focusing on root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective actions. In addition, as a Business Strategy Consultant at Neos Creative Leadership since July 2020, Arturo assists business leaders in developing high-performance organizations.
