Yi Chou

Yi Chou is currently an AI Scientist at Compal Electronics, Inc., a position they have held since 2023. Previously, Yi was a Research Intern at Galois, Inc., where they contributed to a hierarchical multi-controller for safe recovery on the F-16 flight model. Yi served as a Research Assistant at the University of Colorado Boulder from 2015 to 2021, focusing on the falsification of hybrid systems and Bayesian inference methods. They also completed a temporary postdoc at the University of Colorado Boulder in 2021 and gained experience as a Teaching Assistant at National Taiwan University. Yi holds a PhD in Computer Science and a Master's in Physics from the University of Colorado Boulder, along with a Bachelor's degree in Atmospheric Science from National Taiwan University.
