Lucas Cruz Alves is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, data analytics, and financial planning within the sanitation industry. Currently serving as the Gerente de Estratégia at Sabesp since March 2025, Lucas leads quantitative analyses and long-term business planning. Previous roles at Sabesp included Superintendente de Data & Analytics and Superintendente de Transformação Digital, where responsibilities encompassed data assessment and documentation. At Iguá Saneamento, Lucas established the data science area while contributing to a significant database migration. With a background at Aegea Saneamento, Lucas was involved in financial planning and project management, having developed budgeting software and executed corporate loss control systems.
