Luciane Domingues

Luciane Domingues currently serves as the Executive Director of Regulation and Energy Management at Sabesp since December 2024. Prior to this role, Luciane held several positions at Grupo Equatorial Energia from April 2017 to November 2024, including Director of M&A and New Business, Superintendent of M&A, New Business and Strategy, and Manager of M&A and New Business. From October 2014 to March 2017, Luciane worked at Alupar Investimentos S.A. as both M&A and Business Development Manager and Coordinator. Additionally, Luciane was the Strategic Planning Coordinator at Votorantim Energia from October 2012 to October 2014, where responsibilities included developing financial models for the company and its energy trading subsidiary. Luciane holds a Master of Finance with a focus on Corporate Finance from INSPER and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul.
