Natalia Herrero

Natalia Herrero is an experienced professional in internal communications, currently serving as Especialista de Comunicación Interna at COMPAÑÍA MEGA S.A. since March 2020. Previously, Natalia held the position of Senior Analyst in Internal Communication at Telecom Argentina from 2017 to March 2020, where responsibilities included developing communication strategies and co-coordinating cultural transformation projects. Prior to this, Natalia worked for Telecom Personal Argentina from 2009 to 2017 in various roles, focusing on the execution of communication plans and the implementation of a cultural project aimed at aligning employees with strategic objectives. Earlier experience includes roles in change management and customer care at Telecom Argentina from 2000 to 2009. Natalia holds a degree in Communication Sciences from the University of Buenos Aires, obtained between 1995 and 2001.
