Viktorija Naudužaitė

Viktorija Naudužaitė has extensive work experience in project management roles. Viktorija is currently a Senior Project Manager at Companial since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Ruptela as a Project Manager from September 2020 to August 2022. Viktorija also worked at SEB as a Project Manager from April 2018 to April 2020, where they successfully recovered a project within the Banking Core system migration Program and managed a cross-functional team of 50 professionals. Earlier in their career, Viktorija was an IT Project Manager at Swedbank from February 2010 to April 2018, where they managed various IT projects, including high complexity regulatory projects and the introduction of EURO in the Baltic region. Viktorija also led the design and implementation of a new E-bank interface for private Swedbank customers.

Viktorija Naudužaitė completed their Bachelor's degree in Informatics from VILNIUS TECH - Vilnius Gediminas Technical University, between 2003 and 2007.
