Tom Waguespack

Tom Waguespack currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Companion Pet Partners, a position held since September 2023. Previously, Tom was the Senior Director of Business Development at National Veterinary Associates from July 2021 to January 2023, where responsibilities included analyzing hospital asset quality, structuring deals, and reporting on M&A progress to executive leadership.
