Toney Rish began their work experience in 1997 as an Accounts Manager at The Crosby Agency. In this role, they acted as a liaison between the agency and clients, researched appropriate publications for client outreach, and prepared and presented advertising campaigns to potential clients. In 1999, Toney joined the National District Attorneys Association as a Marketing Manager. Here, they were responsible for all marketing aspects of the two NDAA Education Divisions in South Carolina, including developing and executing email and direct mail campaigns, as well as designing brochures, newsletters, and an annual magazine. In 2013, Toney joined TM Floyd & Company as a Communications Specialist, and later transitioned to the role of a Technical Recruiter in 2015. Toney Rish obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Clemson University, where they studied from 1994 to 1997. In addition to their degree, Toney Rish also obtained a certification as a Certified Technical Recruiter from AIRS, an ADP company, in March 2023.
