Victoria Halas

Victoria Halas has over 30 years of work experience in various project management and consulting roles. Victoria began their career in 1985 as a Manager of PC Support and Training at Occidental Petroleum. Victoria later joined Transamerica in 1987 as a Director. From 1995 to 2012, Victoria worked at Cause:Success, Inc. as a Senior Consultant, where they performed risk assessments, implemented security upgrades, and supported executive teams in customer-centric initiatives. Victoria also worked with clients to define requirements and provide cost-effective solutions for business and technology challenges. In 2012, Victoria joined Kforce as a Sr. Project Manager, followed by roles at TM Floyd & Company in 2015 and ConsultNet in 2016, where they served as a Senior Project Manager and a Sr. Implementation Project Manager respectively. Throughout their career, Victoria has utilized various methodologies such as CMM, ITIL, CoBIT, Six Sigma, and PMBOK to implement solutions best suited for the environments.
