Denise Akridge

Denise Akridge has a long history of professional experience in the technology sector. Denise began their career in 1999 as a Sr. Project Administrator/Financial Analyst at TranSystems. In 2009, they moved to Perceptive Software as a Business Intelligence Report Engineer. In 2012, they joined ATK as a Systems Developer. In 2016, they began working at ICON plc as an ETL Developer 2, and was promoted to Senior ETL Lead. Finally, in 2022 they were hired as a Senior Data Engineer at Companion Protect.

Denise Akridge obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Computer Information Systems from Friends University in 2001. Denise also has an Associates Degree in Computer Information Systems from BLUE SPRINGS COMMUNITY COLLEGE. In May 2022, they obtained four certifications from Snowflake and Matillion: Hands On Essentials - Data Warehouse, Building a Data Warehouse using Matillion, Matillion ETL Variables, and Working with Semi-Structured Data in Matillion ETL for Snowflake.
