Krystal Stanton has worked in various roles since 2011. In 2011, they began working as a Legal Assistant for Fibich Leebron Copeland Briggs & Josephson, LLP. In this role, they prepared complex correspondence, reports, studies, forms and documents for attorneys, provided support for various projects initiated by attorneys and paralegals, and researched, compiled and prepared data for cases, reports and analysis.

In 2014, they began working as a Customer Account and Service Manager and Writing & Research Intern for Plunkett Research, Ltd. As a Customer Account and Service Manager, they were the lead account manager for all client matters, built and maintained strong, long-lasting customer relationships, developed a trusted consultant relationship with key stakeholders, and tracked key account metrics. As a Writing & Research Intern, they researched and wrote growth projections for top companies in multiple industries, edited business trends, statistics and company information for publication, and acted as a point of contact for all customers.

In 2016, Krystal began working as a Legal Assistant for Jackson County Prosecutor's Office. In this role, they were a liaison to attorneys, defendants, police officers and the courts through processing cases, preparation of motions, briefs, as well as docket management. Krystal also completed initial and supplemental discovery, prepared discovery motions, notices and receipts, and e-filed documents and entries into case management systems.

Krystal has been working at Companion Protect since 2018. As a QA Tester, they use Jira and Xray to write and execute test cases to validate and verify accuracy of software enhancements, designs and compiles test data within all software environments to facilitate testing, and attends daily/weekly team meetings such as daily stand-up, Weekly Grooming, Pre-Release, and Post-Release meetings. As a Business Analyst, they analyze partner data and envisions how it integrates within product design, assists the data team with system integration, including data extraction, conversions, and storage, and communicates with internal stakeholders to ensure product understanding, gather updated requirements, and obtain Quality Assurance standing. As a Technical Support Specialist I/II, they deliver service and support to clients via Happy Fox Ticketing System, answers client questions, analyzes customer problems and researches solutions, and assists customers by providing thorough step by step instructions.

Krystal Stanton obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Political Science and Government from the University of Houston in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government from Texas State University in 2008. In addition, they hold several certifications, including Certified Tester, Foundation Level from ASTQB - ISTQB in the U.S. - Official Page (2022), CSS Essential Training from LinkedIn (2021), HTML Essential Training from LinkedIn (2021), Certificate of Completion - Vlocity Platform Foundations (VPF) from Vlocity (2020), DAT201x: Querying Data with Transact-SQL from Microsoft Corporation through edX (2019), Notary from Missouri Secretary Of State (2015), and HIPAA from the State of Texas.
