Sophie Rodriguez

Sophie Rodriguez has extensive work experience in the customer service and operations field. Sophie began their career in 2008 as a Collections Coordinator II at Wells Fargo. In 2013, they moved to Capital One as a Supervisor. In 2016, they joined Alliance Data Card Services - Know More Sell More as a Call Coach and Floor Supervisor. Her role description included coaching and development of up to 30 employees in a fast changing environment. In 2018, they were promoted to NPS Closed Loop/ Back Office Supervisor at Home Credit US. Her role description included management of NPS Closed Loop and Resolution Team KPIs, as well as process improvement and individual development of their team. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as Supervisor of Operations at Companion Protect.

Sophie Rodriguez is currently enrolled at South Dakota State University, where they are studying Communications.
