Stefano Baldo

Stefano Baldo is an experienced software engineer with a diverse background. Stefano is currently working as a Software Engineering Manager at Company Hero since January 2023. Before that, they held the same position at TrackStreet from March 2022 to December 2022. Prior to these roles, Stefano served as a Global Engineering Manager at Anheuser-Busch InBev from October 2020 to March 2022.

Stefano's extensive work experience also includes positions at inGaia as Head of Engineering from October 2018 to October 2020, where they managed a team of developers and led various projects using technologies such as Node.js, React, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, Docker, Kubernetes, Nginx, Varnish, Python, and GAE. Stefano was also a Lead Software Development Engineer at inGaia from July 2012 to October 2018, where they developed real estate CMS SaaS, a real estate CRM application, and a real estate enterprising solution SaaS.

Stefano'sprevious roles include Senior Software Development Engineer positions at Santander Brasil from April 2012 to June 2012, Stefanini from October 2010 to March 2012, and Aeroclube de Campinas from June 2008 to October 2010. Before that, Stefano was the Business Owner of CETEB / Baldo CC Ltda. from September 2004 to June 2008.

Stefano started their career as a SysAdmin / Software Developer at CPqD Telecom & IT Solutions from May 2000 to September 2004. Stefano also worked as a SysAdmin / Software Developer at Terra Networks in 1997.

From 1992 to 1995, Stefano Baldo attended Colégio Técnico de Campinas - Unicamp, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology - BTech degree in Data Processing. Following this, Stefano attended Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas from 2000 to 2003 and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Analysis.
