Savino Zagaria is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in management roles. Currently serving as General Manager at Company of Cooks since May 2023, Savino previously held multiple positions at Soho House & Co from October 2015 to April 2023, including General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Bar Manager, and Head Bartender. Savino's foundational education includes studies at the Wine & Spirit Education Trust and completion of a Liceo Scientifico from 2004 to 2009.
