Beki Pratt is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in both recruitment and people management. Currently serving as Human Resources Director at Company Shop Group since October 2015, Beki has held various positions including Retail & People Director, Head of People, HR Business Partner, and HR Officer. Previously, Beki worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Elite Recruitment Services UK (LTD) from November 2014 to October 2016, marking the transition into the recruitment field from a customer service background. Beki is currently pursuing an MSC in Human Resource Management at Sheffield Hallam University, having completed earlier education at Bishop Rawstorne from 2001 to 2007.
