Robinson Hernandez is a Senior Policy Advisor at Company Ventures. Robinson has extensive experience in government and the private sector.

Robinson began their career in government as a Business Analyst with the NYC School Construction Authority. Robinson then transitioned to the private sector, working as a Senior Consultant with Ernst & Young. In this role, they advised clients on financial and operational issues.

Robinson returned to government in 1996, when they joined the Financial Management Program at General Electric. Robinson then moved to the Mayor's Office of Industrial and Manufacturing Businesses, where they served as Senior Project Manager.

In 2005, Robinson was appointed Deputy Commissioner of the City of New York's Department of Small Business Services. In this role, they oversaw the day-to-day operations of the department and implemented policies to support small businesses.

From 2010 to 2013, Robinson served as Executive Director of the New Business Acceleration Team in the NYC Office of the Mayor. In this role, they worked to streamline the process for starting a business in New York City.

Most recently, Robinson was Senior Vice President at iDEKOgov, a company that provides consulting services to government agencies.

Robinson Hernandez has a Masters in Urban Planning from NYU Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service, an Exchange from The Bartlett Development Planning Unit at UCL, a BS from Boston College, and an Erasmus Certificate from EM Strasbourg Business School. Robinson also has a master's degree from Regis High School.
