Jimi Vaughn

Jimi Vaughn serves as SVP of Global HR & DEI at Company 3 since September 2020, following roles as Vice President of Diversity & Organizational Development and Vice President of Diversity & Engagement. Previously, Jimi held the position of Director of Culture and Learning at Deluxe Entertainment Services Group, where responsibilities included creating global onboarding strategies, developing Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, and overseeing performance evaluations and Employee Resource Groups.
