Saud Alqahtani CDSP, CAIP, CEET is a seasoned professional in data science and real estate management, currently serving as the Real Estate Portfolio Lead Officer at الهيئة العامة لعقارات الدولة since April 2025. Previously, Saud worked as a Data Scientist at the General Authority For Statistics, focusing on census data, machine learning applications, and the development and maintenance of the Statistical Business Register (SBR). Prior experience includes roles as an Artificial Intelligence Specialist at Tuwaiq Academy and a Data Analyst at the النيابة العامة in Saudi Arabia.
