Nansy Kouroupi

Nansy Kouroupi, PhDc, is an accomplished academic and business professional with extensive experience in hospitality, tourism, and marketing. Currently serving as an Associate Researcher at Les Roches and an Academic Program Leader for the BSc (Hons) in International Hospitality & Tourism Management at Μητροπολιτικό Κολλέγιο, Nansy is dedicated to fostering the next generation of leaders through dynamic teaching and innovative program management. As a co-founder and Managing Director of SALINA Villas & Residences, Nansy combines entrepreneurial expertise with a passion for luxury hospitality. Nansy's previous roles include Marketing Manager at Sonae Sierra, Management Executive at SETE, and an extensive background in teaching across various institutions. Nansy holds a PhD in Marketing & Tourism Economic Development and multiple degrees, including an MBA and specialized certifications in digital marketing and education.
