Sophia Kanta

Sophia Kanta currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer for both Μητροπολιτικό Κολλέγιο and iekAKMIedu, starting in March 2024. Prior to these roles, Sophia held various leadership positions at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company from October 2003 to December 2023, including Group People & Culture Lead, where responsibilities included collaborating with senior leaders to drive people strategies across 28 countries. Other roles at Coca-Cola involved leading the HR function for Greece & Cyprus, driving organizational transformations, and managing talent acquisition and development initiatives. Sophia Kanta holds a Master of Arts in Sales Management from the University of Portsmouth and a BSc in Business Administration with a major in HR from Central Washington University, along with completion of the Coca-Cola HBC Leadership Program at IMD.
