Yiannis Batsis

Yiannis Batsis, SHRM - SCP, serves as the Group Head of Talent & Culture at Domes Resorts since February 2024, leading initiatives that enhance guest experiences across various resort types. Concurrently, Yiannis has been a Skills Trainer at INSETE since October 2020, providing tourism professionals with vital training and development opportunities. Yiannis also holds positions as an Adjunct Professor at both Μητροπολιτικό Κολλέγιο and Mediterranean College, teaching leadership and HR modules. Previous experience includes significant roles at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, where Yiannis focused on talent development and HR management across the EMEA region. Academic credentials include multiple master's degrees in education and management from prominent institutions, alongside a bachelor's degree in Tourism Management.
