Michael Safran

Michael Safran is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success, marketing, and education. Currently serving as Customer Success Director and member of the consulting staff at CX&EX Private Consulting since October 2018, Michael also holds the position of Marketing & Customer Service Consultant and Lecturer at הסוכנות לעסקים קטנים ובינוניים. In addition, Michael has been a lecturer at the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO since September 2019. Prior to these roles, Michael co-founded Questomania Israel, serving as Customer Relations Director from November 2014 to July 2023. Michael has held significant leadership roles in various organizations, including Vice President of Services and Marketing at Детский мир and Promsvyazbank, and as a Member of the Board of Directors at Allianz. Michael possesses an MBA in Marketing & Information Systems from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
