Prior to this, Shiju held positions as a CAD Draftsman at Riva Arch from December 2013 to June 2015, as a Civil Draftsman at commodore Contracting from June 2011 to December 2013, and as a CAD Draftsman at Al Sadiyat General Contracting from August 2009 to June 2011. Shiju's career in drafting started at M.A.K.S & Partners Engineering Consulting where they worked as a CAD Draftsman from March 2008 to August 2009.
